Do I need a credit card?
You only need your credit card at your arrival. You dont need it to make a reservation.

Is my credit card required at the time of reservation?
No, it is not. Only in the case of Online pre-paid booking, credit card can be required.

Can I get a quotation without entering any credit card details?
Yes, you can. You do not need to send any credit card details to get a quote.

Is there any cancellation fee?
There in no any with "total payment at your arrival reservations", but there would be with Online prepaid bookings.

What is the minimun age to rent a car?
It depends on the vehicle type. To rent a standard small size vehicle you need to be a minimum of 21 years. To rent a medium/large size car you need to be 25.To rent a luxury car you need to be 30.

Is the insurance include in the quotes?
Yes, it is.

What would I have to do to make a change in my booking?
Just email us and tell what you need.

What about the fuel?
We give the vehicle with a full tank, and you return it empty.

Can I take the car to Morocco?
No, you cant.

What do I need to pick-up my car?
Just going to one of our offices.
If you need to rent a car at Malaga Airport, our staff will be waiting for you at your arrival. We can take the car to your residence for an amount that depends on how far it is.

When is your booking center opened?
Our booking center is open 24/7.

Are the vehicles air conditioned?
Yes, all of them.

What about the Rental Agreement?
The contract, signed by car provider company and the customer at the time of picking up, shows the terms of the rental.
