1) Credit card is only needed at your arrival. You dont
need it to make a online booking.
2) Credit card details are not required to get a quote.
3) There is no any cancellation fee.
4) The minimun age to rent a standard small size vehicle
is 21 years. To rent a luxury car you need to be 30.
5) Our rates include: insurance, airport taxes, unlimited
mileage and one additional driver.
6) To make a change in a booking you
need to contact us by email.
7) We allow a 2 hours grace period when returning a
vehicle.
8) The car will be delivered full of petrol and a full tank of fuel must be paid at the begining of the rental period (the price of fuel varies according to the make and model of the car and the prevailing fuel prices) The car should be returned as empty as possible and no refunds will be made for unused fuel. If the rental is for 3 days or less, the car must be returned with the same amount of petrol that it had when it was delivered.
9) Its not allow take the car to Morocco.
10) Night Handling (23:00-08:00) is 18€.
11) Prices are given in euros.
12) Please note that there are some cases which are
not covered by any insurance: Lost of keys, damage to
the underside of the vehicle, damage to radio-cd or
upholstery, use of wrong fuel, damage to wheels and
glasses, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs,
lost or stolen car parts (spare tyre, jacket...etc.,
any damages that are not on an accident report). Optional
additional insurance for tyres and glasses: 4 € per day (minimum 20€, maximum 50€ ).

Age insurance for clients younger than 25 years: 3 euros per day (maximum 42 euros per rental)
14) Traffic fine negotiation fee is 30€.
15) The contract, signed by company and customer at
the time of pickup, shows the terms of the rental agreement.
